Not exactly. Though that really depends on the 'quality' of the submission that you did decide to submit. In case that it was low-quality, then the score that it did got (i.e, 2.26/5.00, as can be seen right there) is certainly 'accurate'.
In any case, I wouldn't take that score as a 'failure', but rather more like a 'warning' to not commit the same 'mistake' twice, and also an indirect 'lesson' to keep improving the the quality of your submissions, facing the future.
Try better next time. You know you can do it.
